what do our calls looks like?

each person, and each call is unique. we work together to create a felt sense of presence and heightened awareness during our calls, so that the wisdom of the body, heart, and a clear mind can come through. we welcome all of the parts of ourselves into the conversation, and give them a space to be and breathe, so that you can choose a conscious path forward that feels authentic and supportive. we may use different tools such as tapping, guided meditations, ritual and movement to support our processes.

we all come from earth based cultures, who practiced healing and evolution within the community. it was built into our daily, weekly, and yearly rhythms and rituals to gather together at times of transition to reflect, release, and receive visions for the way forward. we were not meant to hold this precious and tender human experience alone. this mentorship program is a sacred remembering, a celebration of your unique soul, and the ways that we can support each other in living a life full of heart and purpose.
